Learning with Koushik Paul: Tutoring Sessions

I don't go for the conventional Lecture sessions instead, try to initiate discussions about the topic to engage the students personally. I assist and help them to integrate and apply their learning in meaningful contexts and to reflect on what they have learned. I monitor overall growth of the students and held regular tests for assessing them.
