According to debroglie and bohr relation,

2*pi*r = n*lambda

where r = radius of nth orbit of hydrogen atom

          lambda = wavelength of light used to excite 

According to your question,

when we take n = 2nd orbit of hydrogen atom

2*pi*r2 = 2*lambda

lambda = 2*pi*r2 / 2

Now 

when we take n =3rd orbit of hydrogen atom

2*pi*R = 3*lambda

where R = radius of 3rd orbit

Put value of lambda

2*pi*R = 3* 2*pi*r2 / 2

Cancelling 2*pi and both sides we get 

R= 3*r2 / 2

So the answer should be actually 3r2 / 2
