I have 3 years experience with Kaizen Learning Solutions up to B1 level in French. Most important thing I believe that a teacher should be friendly to the students. So that there will be an easy and not so formal relationship between teacher and students. And in this way students can also discuss their problems and needs with teacher and they will have more interest in the subject.

When I teach students any subject I asked them regularly what I taught the last day. Research before teaching is my hobby so that my student can get up to date knowledge from me. I emphasizes my students to make their notes by writing themselves rather getting printout material. Connecting all subjects while teaching is my quality.
