I am having 1 year of teaching experience. I teach Chemistry of all the Boards for the standard XI and XII. I plan the lessons as prescribed in the syllabus. Sometimes it depends on which chapters to be taught first in order to move to the next one. Normally use traditional method as I think the learning outcome is best via in personal training.

I am very analytical. I try to bring maximum out of the students. I give them problem and then try to understand their perspective. In a way, student uses his mind to come up with solution. Finally, I dictate him the way the approach should be. I ask him to unlearn the things which create confusion. I want his thought to be structured.
