Radiance Training & Development undertakes a developmental initiative that will empower undergraduates and graduates to ensure a perfect fit in existing job scenario in India and abroad, focusing predominantly on their communication and social skills. We provide training programmes in TOEFL, GMAT, IELTS, GRE, PTE and SAT.

It aims to satisfy needs at two levels: one is at the individual level, to aid a student in enhancing his/her employability and at the industry level, so that employers can be assured of the quality of their prospective recruits. Given that it is intended to be a comprehensive developmental programme, rather than an educational programme, the curriculum is based on a needs analysis of the industry in India, so that it is complementary to the organisational development objectives of employers, rather than in conflict with, or unrelated to, them.
