It has primarily been brought into existence for furnishing the desired manpower thereby restricting the challenges related to HR domain. We have sufficient infrastructure to efficiently handle the placement activity systematically and can organise such activities effectively as well at all levels of the screening process. We are provided with the kind of infrastructure which can easily support pre- placement talks, aptitude tests , written examination and face to face personal interaction. Our placement cell is monitored by industry experts who aid in mentoring the students, inspiring and motivating them and also guide them in various aspects of placement. In order to ensure success for any placement cell one has to work in a team oriented manner and we already have sufficient number of industry experts. Unicode Technology is paying considerable attention to strengthen the industry institute interaction as well as interaction with other educational institutions and R&D software companies. Till date a major percentage of our eligible trainees have been offered respectable jobs in reputed companies and our group of company Unicode Systems Pvt. Ltd. Itself.
