I pick up lessons which are students area of interest to get him involved. When he gets stable with me, I try to exploit his knowledge and his approach of doing problems. Later on, I provide him with suitable solution and easy approach of doing it. Regular test, homework and discussion of how better can we move together removing the errors in the present. I think a student should be taken outside the book, into the environmental thoughts to make him/her learn better. lesson, solving sums, homework, test, rework and ending the chapter.
