Tricks always not work but basic always. I have complete faith on it. Practice is the only key to success. Environment is just a factor. A regular test and proper learning improve your knowledge. Since then I have been trained by many trainers and I have participated and won many local and district level tournaments. Played twice National Level Chess events through my University. I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
