Experience:

I was selected in IITJEE, WBJEE and AIEEE with good ranks in 2006. I chose NIT Calicut, one of the best Engineering college of India. I did B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and was topper and got Gold Medalist. I have worked in BHEL and then qualified UPSC Engineering Service. Presently, I am working as Assistant Director, Ordnance Factory Board, Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. I was topper of my school. I got 92% marks in class 10th in 2002 and 88% marks in 12 th from CBSE Board. Also, 90% in B.Tech at NIT Calicut. I will teach to be in touch with academics and also I have been teaching alongwith my job since 2010. I love teaching. Approach:

I give an indepth understanding of the subject, discuss examples. Then give assignments and home works. My style of reaching has always influenced the wards. Rest, I can give demonstrations if they want. I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
