Meet with parents to discuss progress and address behaviour or mastery issues.Develop discipline plans and work closely with at-risk students.

I provide my students supports or scaffolds as they are learning new topics and enable them to perform the learning tasks on their own. I employ active learning strategies to promote recall and understanding of new learning. I encourage them to work on a specific topic by pairing up with other students, compare their answers and then come up with the best possible solution.
