However, teacher is not meant to only teach the students but to help them in their learning process & giide them to the right methodology & march towards mutually agreed roadmap. This will certainly facilitate students to raise their standard & enjoy themselves to lift their benchmark throughout their career. Achieving success is habit & it becomes the nature, when you enjoy it from the bottom your heart.

Approach:

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
