I have been working on preparing questions/answers based on the CBSE/ICSE and state boards from past 5 years. I believe in teaching basic concepts first and then provide as may example as possible, ask student to bring questions and take their feedback. I conduct regular assessments to check the progress. I also insist to take the example from surroundings and when ever possible I tell a student to think beyond the text books.

Approach:

Before conducting the session, I provide the topics few days in advance. I use text books, audio/videos for further reference. Once the course is conducted I ask questions to each students to gain their level of understanding so that I have a clear picture bout where a student is standing. Once the session is over, I send then assignments, study material links(or printed materials). First few minuted I give overview of session like why any particular topic is important and where can can use it, then I take them through actual problems finally test assignments and weak areas assessments.
