Approach:

Iam Electronics Engineer by profession with teaching experience. As I have been successful in providing coaching to students reaching beyond their targets -Ensured pass with very good marks close to 100% in the subjects like Mathematics, Networks & Circuits, Analog Electronics, LIC, CMOS. This has be the case of those students who have been failing in many of their attempts. I personally felt highly satisfactory in those achievements. -I have a strong feeling that every student is gifted skill set. It is only with non-availability of the proper guidance that a student struggles / undergoes stress. What I do is to develop in the student think to hit the problem. This kind of thinking enables the student to think on his own for the upcoming years of his/her education. My teaching method completely depends on the student. I tune myself according to the student. Final target is to let the student get lot of confidence/command on the subject. I want the student to be able to tell how many marks are achievable before attempting the final exam. After writing the exam the student should come up with the min marks he can score with confidence. -One of my students was failing even after many attempts and I have taught her to achieve 99/100 in VTU diploma Mathematics and this is the highest mark breaking all the previous records. She has been awarded with the certificate and scholarship from VTU upon this achievement. I felt very happy for the achievement. These kind to achievements bring out the students confidence and in future the students will be able to move with confidence if they have to struggle some time in their careers. -There are many other teaching experiences where I have taught students finishing the syllabus in 3 days. -Coming to my education, I have done my M. Tech in VLSI from IIT with keen interest in teaching. -Finally I do always consider my student's success is my success. Similarly my student's failure is my failure which I ensure that it does not happen.
