Welcome! I’m Saumya — a life coach, guided meditation and breathwork facilitator, and a learning professional with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals transform from the inside out.
My teaching journey began in the world of Learning & Development and evolved into coaching, teaching college students, and now guiding children and adults through mindfulness, breathwork, and powerful visualisation-based healing.
I’ve worked with professionals, students, parents, and sensitive children—each one searching for clarity, calm, and confidence in a noisy world. Through a blend of breath, imagination, body awareness, and subconscious reprogramming, I help students tap into a deeper space of knowing, safety, and vision.

- Academic Instructor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management
- Mindfulness Educator for Children, working with ages 5 to 8 in both home and group settings
- 10+ years Coaching, mentoring and facilitating guided meditations, inner child work, systemic healing, and visualisation journeys
