Approach:

First, I understand the weak points of the children. Why is the child not able to study? Is he facing problems in a specific subject or having difficulty grasping certain concepts? Once I have identified the issues, I proceed in a systematic manner to teach him accordingly. I create a timetable based on his needs and conduct weekly tests to track his progress.
