Graduated Kathak dancer

Experience:

I am a graduate Kathak dancer who has also won the national dance competition ‘Deshraag’. I choreograph and teach Kathak dance and Bollywood dance as well. I have taught classes for kids in Kathak and Bollywood dance, making them both fun and interesting. I can choreograph a mix of Bollywood and Kathak, as well as teach various dance forms, but my specialty is Kathak. I can also choreograph sangeet dances or dances for competitions.

Approach:

I will start with legwork first, ensuring that my students learn it properly and gracefully. Next, I will teach hand movements, which are a crucial part of any classical dance. After mastering these, I will choreograph and teach Kathak dance to classical songs, as well as Bollywood dances to current Bollywood songs.
