Gautam Buddha's teachings are described briefly below:

1. Life is Full of Suffering: He said that life can be tough (Dukkha).

3. Right Speech: Speaking truth, kindness, and helpfulness.
4. Right Action: Engaging in morally upright actions.
5. Right Livelihood: Earning a living in a way that doesn't harm others.
6. Right Effort: Striving for self-improvement and good actions.
7. Right Mindfulness: Staying aware of your thoughts and actions.
8. Right Concentration: Focusing the mind through meditation.

He also said there's no unchanging self (Anatta), and our actions affect our future lives (Karma and Rebirth). He wanted us to be kind and compassionate to everyone. To summarize we remember The "Three Jewels" or "Three Gems" of Buddhism are central to the Buddhist tradition. They are:

2. Dharma (The Teaching)

3. Sangha (The Community)
