Experience:

I being an IIT grad, want my students to perform better than me going by my own report card when I was at your stage. And that is some serious challenge to my students. I am committed to preparing my students for life, not just for any institution or any job. My past students still contact me and I also guide them even when they are in their colleges or have joined their jobs if they want my guidance.

Approach:

My classes are small, max 5 students in one class. I prefer to keep my students engaged with daily assignments and monthly tests. I do not focus on completing syllabus. For me, my students’ grasp of concepts is most important, and I do give full time for that if need be leaving some parts of the syllabus itself. I like commitment from my students.
