I think the question based tutoring is best. We should first tell students the concepts and basic formulas then we should give them a problem so that they can apply the concept and formula immediately. It builds confidence in students. If student find it difficult to apply the concept then we should help them step by step so that they get idea how to attempt questions. And then we should give them next challenge. It's the best way of teaching
