I am very analytical. I try to bring maximum out of the students. I give them problem and then try to understand their perspective. In a way, student uses his mind to come up with solution. Finally, I dictate him the way the approach should be. I ask him to unlearn the things which create confusion. I want his thought to be structured.

Approach:

I always starts with strong Fundamentals n then switch to basic concepts of Unit then will focus on Contents of Units with full concentrations.I was fortunate to get a Teacher for whom teaching was not just a mere profession but immensely devoted and noble task that changed my life and I vowed to give my students the various different techniques and strategies that I learned from him and make learning fun. I taught at Creative Academy, Pune and with experience, realized how different every student is. A real teacher finds solutions and tactics to motivate the students to study.
