Provide individualized instruction to keep all students at expected skill level. Identify and organise field trips to enhance curriculum. Meet with parents to discuss progress and address behavior or mastery issues. Develop discipline plans and work closely with at-risk students. I am working with IT company so i know what practical knowledge person should have to get selected as well as to work.

Approach:

Lesson planning is done according to the level of understanding of student and his grasping power and also the deadline of the exam. I keep time for revision before exams and after finishing a section a plan out a brush up of lessons taught via a exam. Planning specializes my lessons. In addition teaching the basic concept and logic behind the topic makes it easier for the student to understand.
