My success track record gravitates in delivering proven results in senior client facing roles held internationally across several vertical sectors that include Information Technology, Travel & Hospitality, Learning & Development and Talent Engagement in India, Australia, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and the Middle East. I am currently employed with NIIT-Evolv, a market-leading learning outsourcing company providing managed training services for international clients, where I am responsible for (a) conducting behavioural, communication & soft skills training with leading select clients that include Accenture, Wipro, Satyam, Slash, CGI, Quintiles, Sabre, HP, Infosys, IBM and Cisco (b) liaising with clients to create training needs analysis, development of learning content and training delivery including quality monitoring and assessment, and (c) conducting appraisals and counselling including train-the-trainer for new recruitment. Prior, I have held client facing roles in training, sales, marketing-advertising & promotions and managerial positions working for international companies that include Taj Hotel Group, Damania Airways, Spinneys (UAE), Best Western (Australia) and Hospitality Marketing Concepts (Le Meriden Hotel Group).
