Currently Working as a part timer at International schools, senior teacher for Biology and Environmental Sciences teaching grades 10-12. Technically qualified to teach biological sciences (Ph.D & B.Ed). Experienced teacher for over 10+ years working in different schools, research institution & abroad (Middle East). Expertise in differentiated instruction based teaching methods to suit the learner's need and understanding. Well versed in handling SEN and ESL children.

Approach:

The process of my teaching methods employs inquiry based approach with probing questions to test student's prior knowledge followed by the introduction of relevant vocabulary and basics to build conceptual knowledge. The students are engaged through guided research and collaborative learning strategies with correlation to system dynamics apart from theoretical process i.e., providing students with practical examples of living/successful systems (as case studies) in a step wise approach to enhance clarity of concepts. I welcome feedback mechanisms from students at the end of the each lesson/unit/weekly feedback to intervene and reinforce support.
