Experience	Experience: I have completed my M. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIEST(Shibpur) recently in June 2017 and pursuing a job in my engineering sector. I had completed my B. Tech in Civil Engineering in 2015 from Haldia Institute Of Technology. I qualified GATE successively 3 years viz-2015,2016 and 2017. In 2015 my GATE score was 40.5 through which I got admission into IIEST. Recently I had cracked Public Service Commission (PSC) Examination. Passionate about teaching.

Approach	Approach: I am very analytical. I try to bring maximum out of the students. I give them problem and then try to understand their perspective. In a way, student uses his mind to come up with solution. Finally, I dictate him the way the approach should be. I ask him to unlearn the things which create confusion. I want his thought to be structured.
