Mirza Sarmad Baig: Nurturing Minds through Tutoring

I am B. Tech graduate with Electrical Engineering. But during my college days I found my interest in teaching & only for that reason i didn't joined any industry. Apart from this i have a experience of teaching for 2 years. I have taught many students during my schooling and my college years. I have certificates of different programming language and i also have a knowledge of Auto-CAD. I can teach students of class 5 to 12th very effectively and can guide them to achieve their goals.

From my point of view tuition is not only going home, teach and come. It is something more than this. I think students are more open with their tuition teacher than their school teacher. So its a duty of tuition teacher to shape-up their students to deal with different problems of life. My teaching techniques not only include subject information. It comprises of different practical examples with different sessions. If i am teaching a group of students then there will be theoretical education along with practical knowledge and I will tell them motivational stories at the end of my session so that it encourage them to do better and enhance the quality of perseverance in them. I was also a student during my past year so i know at what time students get bored and i have many solutions to deal with this type of problem. A famous quote by Sir Horace Mann " A teacher who is attempting to teach without inspiring the pupil with a desire to learn is hammering on cold iron ". This is the motto I believe in.
