1.The medium of instruction is English with Bengali or Hindi as the vernacular subject. Great importance is given to the teaching and maintenance of a good standard in all the three languages.

13.Parents and Guardians are advised to buy the school Uniform from the shop recommended by the school to maintain uniformity of texture and shade of materials. Eccentric haircuts and hairstyles are not allowed.
14.No pupil will be allowed to leave the school premises earlier than the school leaving hours, even on the days of Unit Tests / Examination
15.No books, periodical or newspaper of any objectionable nature shall be brought to school.
16.Pupils are not permitted to wear gold jewelry or carry a considerable amount of amount of money with them. Mobile phones, I-pods, Cameras or any other expensive items are not permissible inside the school. If found these things will be confiscated. The school takes no responsibility for these expensive things.
17.Parents are requested to whole heartedly co-operate in the school events and functions.
18.Any change in the address/ telephone number / guardian status immediately be brought to the notice of the school office for the necessary change in the records.
19.Pupils are to bring their own tiffin along with a napkin. Plastic water bottles without straps are not allowed.

21.It is not possible for the school personnel to deliver individual articles to the classroom of the concerned pupils for any reason.
22.Guardians are requested not to send their ward to any private tuition held by school teacher, if found severe steps would be taken.
23.It is advised that the guardians shall not talk to the teachers on the regular school day directly without the permission of the Asst. Headmistress of the concerned Teacher in charge.
24.The children are not to leave their classes unless their class teacher permits them.
25.Children / Pupils should not enter the school under any circumstances without wearing school uniform.
26.Every individual student is responsible for keeping the school premises neat and clean and if they happen to see litter etc. inside the classroom or anywhere in the school premises he/she should pick it up and put it in the waste paper basket. Children caught damaging the school property shall be heavily fined.
27.Should a student be injured during class time, the school will make every effort to contact the parent first. In case of hospitalization, the expenses will have to be borne by the guardians/parents.
28.Parents and guardians of students are not allowed to enter the school premises in the morning unless they are called by the teacher or they have some work in the office.
29.Please do not call the school on days when there are heavy rains, suspension of public transport or any other emergency. The school will continue for those who are present.

33.School is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview parents during school hours. Teachers can be seen after school hours on taking prior appointment.
34.Class assessments will be held every Monday and Friday. Dates have been mentioned in the planner.
