No .of days Chiru needs to complete the work = 6 days
Work done by Chiru in one day = 1/6
No. of days Pawan needs to do the same work = 9 days
Work done by Pawan in one day = 1/9
No. of days needed to complete work with the help of Nagababu = 3 days
Therefore work done by all the three men in one day = 1/3
Hence work done by Nagababu in one day = 1/3 - (1/6 +1/9)=
1/3 - 1/6 - 1/9 = 1/18.
Therefore ratio of work done per day by Chiru,Pawan &Nagababu =
(1/6 ): (1/9 ) :( 1/18 )= 3:2:1
The total amount of Rs 4500 should be distributed in the ratio of work done by them.
Therefore Chiru gets = (3/6)*4500 = Rs 2250
Nagababu gets = (1/6) *4500 = Rs 750
