Plants are dependent on animals for seed dispersal. Animals also act as agents of pollination. Also the gas that plants inhale are exhaled by animals which is popularly known as carbon dioxide.

The plants give out oxygen during the process of photosynthesis. The animals take in this oxygen and give out carbon dioxide which is again taken in by the plants for preparing food using the process of photosynthesis.
Seed dispersal is a very important factor for plants. Seed dispersal means transport of seeds away from the parent plant. Seed dispersal helps plant to create new colonies. Animals help plants in seed dispersal. Many plants are dependent on animals for seed dispersal.
Therefore we can see that plant depend on animals in many ways. A plant survival would not possible without the help of animals.
When plants are died, then they decomposed and get mixed in the soil. Now the nutrients present in the animals are absorbed by plants easily.
