What's Your Question?
Answer

Cloud is a huge concentration of water vapour in the air. Rain gets triggered when the air becomes very cold and the water vapour gets converted in small water droplets. These small water droplets attach to each other and become bigger water droplets which cannot remain suspended in air and therefore, fall on the earth in the form of rain.

Cloud seeding, an artificial process of making rain is done by precipitation, a process of condensation of water vapours in the air. This is done by using cloud seeding chemicals like potassium  iodide, silver iodide, liquid propane or solid carbon dioxide(dry ice).  These cloud seeding chemicals are seeded in the clouds through manned aircrafts, remote controlled rockets or other dispersion devices stationed on the ground.

Answer

As we know artificial rainfalloccurs when oppositely charged clouds meets. Spray of silver iodide, an electrolyte from aeroplane results in coagulation of colloidal water particles leading to rain.
