Before starting prepraration for any entrance exams go through the exam pattern and syllabus carefully from standard books and then check few previous years question papers ,sort out the important topics asked in particular subjects, now do revision of the most important subjects and then solved the same previous questions till you can attempt more thasn 90% right.

To get a decent score in any entrance exams, there is only one key and that is hardwork. All you need to do is just study daily whatever you learn in class. And make short notes for preparation at last time. That is enough.
Get 5 credit points for each correct answer. The best one gets 25 in all.
