In the first alloy copper = 4/7 kg zink = 3/7 kg 

In the second type alloy copper = 9/14 kg and tin = 5/14 kg 

If we mixed 1/2 kg of first and 1/2 of second alloy then we will get 1 kg new alloy.

And in this alloy tin will be = 5/28, so tin will be 5/28 per kg
