What's Your Question?
Answer

Answer:

Any simultaneous linear  equations in n variables require n independent equations to obtain unique solution.If the number of equations are less than the number of variables,then no unique solution is possible.

In the present problem,we  have 5 variables,i1,i2,i3,i4 and i5.But we have only 3 equations

i) i1 = 2 amps    ii) i2 =  6 amps. and

iii) i1+i4 = i2+i3+i5(  Kirchoff’s current law)

Hence i3 will have no unique solution,that is i3 has multiple solutions

Answer

According to kircbhoff's law I1+I2+I3+(-I4+ -I5)=0

I3= 12A
