What's Your Question?
Answer

Answer - epidermis

Suberization is the process of deposition of suberin which is a waxy coating substance.

This process is also found to occur in a wounded area, where it helps in healing the   wound by deposition of a layer of phenolic and aliphatic compounds.

It is an anti-infection defense mechanism of the plants.

Suberin is a waterproofing which protects the wounds so that the wound can heal.

It is the main found in:

1. Cork (secondary cell wall)

2. Epidermis

3. Exodermis

4. Root

5. Stem bark

In day to day life suberization can be observed after cutting potato tubers which after a while becomes brown and an encrustation develops on it in the form of multilamellar areas containing alternating polyaliphatic and polyaromatic layers.

Answer
First of all I guess the question asks for SUBERIZATION. Suberized cells form the periderm, the tissue that envelops secondary stems as part of the bark, and develop as the sealing tissue after wounding or leaf abscission. So the answer is EPIDERMIS
