Answer

C and C++ are computer programing languages. Programing languages are used to write computer programs to process and solve complex business instructions easily.

C is the most widely used computer language. It keeps fluctuating at number one scale of popularity along with Java programming language, which is also equally popular and most widely used among modern software programmers. C is a general-purpose, procedural, imperative computer programming language developed in 1972 by Dennis M. Ritchie at the Bell Telephone Laboratories to develop the UNIX operating system.

Where as C++ is advance version of C. C++ introduces object-oriented programming (OOP) features to C. It offers classes, which provide the four features commonly present in OOP (and some non-OOP) languages: abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.

It is advisable for to learn C before learning any other programing language.

Answer

If You hav interest in coding languages ,then u must learn  first c & c++ languages .As bcoz C is a procedural language and it is a free form language.Program written in C are efficient due to several variety of data types and powerful operators. The C compiler combines the capabilities of an assembly language with the feature of high level language and further more C++ is an oop's concept(not purely) based language.so it is different from c language as it uses the classes & object and more features of the OOP'S.then java comes which is the purely OOP'S concept based language.so before u learn java it is for u to learn c & c++ firstly, then u will surely take less time to learn java(after c & c++) as compare to if u r moving directly to java first. As u dont knw any concept of programming at tht time  then may be u dont understand any programming concept of java.

So Learn C & C++ Firstly ,As These are the base programming Languages for clearing concept in programming .And then u can move to any other programming language easily
