Cell mediated immunity doesnot involve production of antibodies. It involves production of phagocytes (cells that protect by engulfing harmful foreign particle, bacteria), antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes and various cytokines ( involved in cell signalling)  in response to the antigen (foreign body which can be bacteria or any other harmful particle)
