What's Your Question?
Answer

A demand schedule is a table or a schedule showing the demand for a product at different prices. For example at INR 20 per kg thre is a demand of 200 tonnes for tomatoes in local market. The demand may go up to say 210 tonnes at INR 19 and may decline to 190 tonnes at INR 25. It may further decline to 150 tonnes at a price of INR 30 and so on . At a price say around INR 100 per kg, the demand for tomatoes might be only 20 tonnes in the market. A listing of all the above prices and the demand in market is called market demand schedule. The demand schedule generally illustrates the inverse relationship between the price and the demand for the product in the market
