I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I dont give lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students homework for them! I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to check, practice and perfect the student's understanding and technique. I also give a lot of emphasis to some of the less obvious but vital skills such as writing codes and technique, logical thought and the effective use of numbers and graphs and also practical implementation. I believe passionately in the huge value of tutoring to students and take great satisfaction in seeing my students achieve their full potential.

I have roughly 4 years of tutoring experience which I acquired while pursuing my B.tech degree. Although I am from a technology background(Engineering) my main passion lies in teaching. Subjects of interest for me are Secondary school mathematics and Science. My tutoring approach is a little unconventional. I believe in total transparency and clear communication between me and my students. I plan the lessons according to the type of the student I am dealing with. Each student is unique. I try to create an atmosphere of healthy curiosity and love for the subject in the students and I make sure that they get results at the end of the day.
