I prefer assessment tests after every topic. I am always very open for queries; I even encourage students to query me. For doubts, I am available 24x7 on whats app or internet. I take feedback from my students in a format after every term, wherein my students can comment, advice or suggest and help me improve. I put into practice what best my students expect of me.
