I have also single handedly managed training & development of over 150 employees over a period of 1 year in a 5 star hotel in Goa. 

Tutoring Approach

I would be teaching theory with a lot of practical application. There will be regular tests conducted to evaluate the student's progress and areas of improvements required. Exams will also be conducted with extra paper solving and exam preparation as per school/college patterns.
