I have done B.Tech in Mechanical and MBA from LPU. I am doing dancing from last 10 years and running my dance crew OMG dance crew in my University LPU. I expect the students to tell me a day in advance about the topic they need help with so that I can tell them the basics they need to know before I help them. Then during the tutoring session, I expect them to be prepared with the basics and clarify the doubts they have. During the teaching hour, I would give them extra practice questions to get a better understanding of the topic. More practical examples and practical approaches will be used to solve the problem rather than wrote learning and theoretical methods. Depending on the topic, certain hints and tricks will be given so that the students do not forget the topic they just learnt!
