Course Details

Statistics is a branch of mathematics dealing with the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and organization of data. Students here are taught that if they want to learn statistics, they need to put in the time. It is good to read the notes and the textbook and to look up things on the internet. But the most important way to learn statistics is by doing. Children need to practise at the skills that are needed by a statistician, which include logical thinking, interpretation, judgment and writing.
