When I explain the subject to a student, I go slowly according to the student's pace. Once the person understands, I gradually increase the speed. For example, with kids, I start from the beginning and later on I pick up the pace slightly. On the other hand, with elders, I provide a more in-depth explanation and adjust accordingly if the person understands, delving further into the subject.
