Tutoring Approach

I planned a lesson one day before the actual teaching. I explain the concepts in math to the student and check their understanding by giving examples. I try to let them solve the exercise questions first based on their understanding, and then I personally look at their notebook to see where they went wrong. Finally, I explain the exercise questions to them.
