I have more than 2 years of experience of teaching students from junior school to college level. I always try to make learning any subject a joyful experience by giving examples from everyday life to explain advanced concepts. Another technique which I inculcate in my teaching is breaking the concepts into simple parts, which many students told me that it helped them to understand and remember things better. As far as my qualifications are concerned, I always had a strong percentage in my high school Maths and science. I have qualified GRE with a score of 165/170 in quant. I speak fluent English, my TOEFL score was 111/120. I am looking for students who not only want to learn new things but also excel at them. I can teach mathematics (from primary school to college level), physics (till SAT level) and school science.

Tutoring Approach

I love traveling to new places, meeting new people and knowing their culture. I am also learning to play bamboo flute. I like to cook new dishes and enjoy them with my family and friends. Also, I am a good table tennis player. I love my job as a tutor as I get a chance to help other students with my knowledge and expertise. Dear Parents, I believe you will be thinking why a young IIT graduate with a good job is looking for a teaching job. Your question is correct. Reason is: I decided to go into teaching a few months back when I used to teach me cousin (commerce student of 12th standard). I realized that students now a days lack fundamental knowledge and logical reasoning, because in schools they are not taught basics. We should encourage a kid to think that why a particular phenomena is happening in science OR a theorem works in maths OR in economics how different actions are impacting our economy. That's the kind of education I was provided with in my Navodaya school. I believe if a student understand the fundamentals then it doesn't matter if he/she practice 20 problems or 100 but they will solve all these correct. So basically my style is: Start with explaining the #1 Fundamentals of a topic; #2 Practice problems; #3 Ask student to explain the topic to me now #4 Conduct quiz for Student(I will prepare the quiz) and me( student will prepare a quiz by self created problems (It will help him to active learning)).
