I am Aruna Sivaram, Ph.D. in Biotechnology, currently employed as a freelance medical/scientific writer. Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Research Scientist in a leading pharmaceutical company in Pune. I have also worked in an e-learning industry in Pune, preparing e-learning modules for pharma giants. Having completed my Ph.D. from National Institute of Virology, Pune, a job in the research industry was a coveted option for me. I have spent close to 7 years in the pharma industry, understanding the nuances of drug discovery and development process. Later, I explored the field of medical writing, developing different learning modules for clients. Teaching has always been my passion and I am now ready to pursue it. I believe I have the right combination of passion and experience to become an excellent teacher.
