Hello! By profession I'm a software engineer and was previously working with HSBC bank. I really like teaching profession so I started tutoring since my school time (from 10th std.) I discontinued it when I was pursuing my Engineering but after completing my Graduation I started it again.

As per my personal view what works best for students is practical knowledge, teaching them each and every lesson with the help of right set of examples. I believe in developing problem breaking and solving ability in students which makes them independent and free thinker in long-run rather than making them use to of spoon- feeding. My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don’t lecture to students or ask them to memorize things. Nor do I do the students’ homework for them!
