I am an MA in Political Science from Pune University. I have an experience of teaching in a convent junior college for 6 months wherein I had been primarily involved in teaching students of 8th- 12th, for the subjects of political science, civics, social studies and English. My specialities lie in Political Science, History, English and Social Studies. I have been conducting home tuitions for the past 1 year to students of all age groups (Age from 6yrs-19 yrs) (students of 1st standard - graduation )

My tutoring approach consists of an interactive learning methodology wherein I explain concepts in a detailed way and welcome more queries and doubts from students. I give detailed notes to students, class and home assignments, and after each module/chapter I also take an assessment test to gauge the students' progress.

I have taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year law students subjects like jurisprudence, public administration, comparative constitutional law, companies law, law of arbitration and conciliation and property law. In addition to this I have also helped aspiring students to practice and understand logical and legal reasoning questions that are asked in various law entrance examinations like CLAT, Symbiosis law entrance test etc. Additionally, I train on a regular basis my current company's sales and operational staff the basic fundamentals of a contract like conditional offer, implied and express warranties, indemnity and limitation of liability clauses, lock-in period breach clauses, contract breach and associated remedies and restitution of contract

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring approach will be to first interact with students and gauge their understanding of a particular subject which includes how much background information they have about the subject, understanding of the basic concepts surrounding the subject and what is expected of them in an examination setting. I would then proceed to take stock of their course curriculum, the learning objectives and their evaluation/examination schedule. Since, I am planning to impart my training online, I will divide my teaching into smaller modules and would share reading exercises for the students to read before starting each individual modules. At the start of each module, I would ask my students to share a brief summary of their understanding of the reading exercise that I had given them on the prior date. Then based upon their understanding I shall help them understand the concepts related to the subject and clear their doubts if any regarding the concepts at the end of my instructions on a given module. I also plan to keep a 15 minute doubt clearing session during each module so that students can clear any doubt that they may have regarding a particular module or chapter of the subject that they are given instructions in. For college students, I will share reading material, descriptive question and their answers on topics like Constitutional law, Companies Act, Arbitration, Public Administration and Property Law. I will share model answers to descriptive questions on law and expect my students to share with me similar essay type answers that are provided to them for their reference. I shall also review, edit and suggest improvements in the way my students go about answering the descriptive questions. For Law Entrance candidates, I shall share objective type practice questions and expect them to answer the same in specific time frames
