I do not plan anything. I just go and teach students. I like to create friendly environment around students. My tuition technique is to teach till your ward becomes master of it. I believe that overall development of a student is necessary and mere bookish knowledge is not sufficient to do that. I want students to study not to get marks but to gain knowledge which would automatically lead them to stand out of the others.
