I used to teach in Undergraduate days, not formal though. I am always fascinated to teach. Teaching and research form my deep passions. Now, being a researcher I want teaching to be integrated with the prevalent research principles. My orientation of teaching will be more towards understanding the basic principles. I believe ( and experienced too) if one gets the basics crystal clear, he/she can always do great in any examinations, be it JEE or any other.

I encourage my students to build research skills that can be used throughout their educational experiences and not just for short-term goals like scoring good marks in the examination. My objective always remain to develop a well-focused style based on my personal attributes, strength and goals.

I have both teaching and research experience. So I can integrate how to teach a student. I teach Physics, Chemistry, Bengali and all other subjects of all the Boards for the standard VII - X. I also teach Chemistry of all the Boards for the standard XI and XII.

I teach according to student need. More you understand student more the student can learn and move forward faster. Every individual have different way of adapting and learning capability, and teacher need to adapt accordingly. This is the way I have been taught and I also follow the same. My session aims at thorough understanding indepth of the session after strong base.
