I have been teaching for a very long time now almost 10 years. I believe from the teacher's perspective, it is important to take a concept building approach filled with interactive fun filled sessions, as monotonous hours of sitting quietly for a lecture wont reap any fruit. One has to know the student's view and approach towards how and till what level he/she wants to upgrade his/her knowledge. I believe that the most precious and valuable thing one can earn is knowledge. Once the concept is clear there remains hardly any hurdle to reach the top, except application of the concept, i.e. expressing the answers in a way that the examiner's would want to see, for which I discuss & mentor the students to excel with every answer.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is basically moving in a planned way from day 1, deciding and moving on what topics need to be gone through in what order. My only expectations from the student is that one should tag sincerity along with seriousness. I encourage the students to come to me with as many queries as they like. Patience and perseverance are integral parts of my teaching. I believe it is always a two-way communication to exchange and enhance knowledge.
